THE BLASTER

I make a super tight fit and reliable gun tailored for competition shooting. Almost zero play in the slide, frame and barrel, but it also feels like it's on ball bearings.

What you get

No hot spots and perfect blending

I delete the hard angles where you don't want it.
Parts are lightly filed until you can barely feel the transitions with a fingernail. Then they are sanded up to the required grits for finishing or polishing.
The goal is for there to be zero perception of where parts end and begin when the gun is in your hand. I aim for zero discomfort so that you can shoot the gun as long as your grip can handle it.

Near or total flush barrel crowning.

Is this purely aesthetic? Sure is, but for the price of these things, you should get it by default so I give it to you.

Simple and functional designs

Ok, maybe I'm just telling myself less is more to justify not being able to stuff a massive CNC machine in my garage (yet). However, I do believe less is often more and I also tire of the over top designs out there.
Seen here are my standard serrations available for bull barrels.
